About The Investors

Tsavkisi River Project Investments are implemented by Marenico Group represented by Israeli Investors and other foreign entities with the partnership of Georgia’s local partners. The Joint Venture has already developed and constructed the very successful project in Tbilisi – Tsavkisi Valley, which has become a major player in the Real Estate Investments Market in Georgia

The current management for each project is carried out by the Project Manager under external professional supervision. In order to facilitate the venture and establish each project, a separate company was set up for each project, whose management is composed of representatives of Marenico and the local Partners.
